Bog Snorkelling

Llanwrtyd Wells in Mid-Wales is the world centre of this new and fascinating sport. The world Bog Snorkelling Triathlon championships were held there on this day in 2005.

Mountain Bike Bog Snorkelling also features at the annual event at Llanwrtyd. The competition takes
place in a 45 yard long, 6 foot deep trench, full of muddy water.
